Magnificent - James showed up on schedule, wearing a mask and staying at an appropriate distance while fixing the refrigerator. James was proficient, considerate and a gifted expert. He was magnificent taking as much time as necessary and clarifying what the issue was that made the fridge not cool as expected. I will recruit and utilize Russell's appliances again for all apparatus fixes - Great Job james!
